We believe in communication and closing the loop. We do not leave candidates in a lurch during the hiring process. We ensure that candidates always receive feedback on their candidacy and are not left waiting in anticipation. Our hiring process is as follows:

  • Review – The resume submitted at our portal will be reviewed by our expert team that specializes in your experience domain.
  • Assignment – Your resume will be matched with current opening or with clients where there are future requirements.
  • Active Database – In case your profile does not match the expectations of the client then your resume is stored in our database for specific vertical as per your experience and qualification
  • Screening – In case the recruiter finds your profile appropriate for the opening you will receive a call from our team to discuss the role in detail.
  • Information Gathering – We build a candidate profile as per Rubik360 format where we may need information such as your experience, career goals, salary expectations, current job status and more.
  • Interest Expression – Incase, the candidate, approves the opening then their profile is assessed by our account managers. You may receive a call from our account manager for discussion to confirm your interest and experience.
  • Client Manager – After getting approval from account manager your details will be presented to the client manager. Depending on this nature of the project, our client may decide to interview the candidate and give further approval.

Rubik360 always keeps its job seekers updated about their candidacy status. The resumes are not submitted without the consent of the job seeker.
